Export (CSV, PDF ,Copy Report)

Click the Export option in the top-right corner to download a PDF.
Note: In this initial release, PDF download is available only on the Wire page and not for Multichannel News Release or Amplification.

⚠️ Key Updates for Excel Export:

• The Excel export for Wire mirrors what was available in the old UI.
• Total Potential Audience still appears under the Pickup tab in Excel.
• Media Views (renamed Journalists in the redesigned UI) is still labeled as Media Views in Excel and appears under both the Traffic and Audience tabs.

When exporting as Full Report to Excel, the file will include:

• Wire data organized into separate tabs for Pickup, Traffic, Audience, and Engagement.
• An Amplification tab with SocialBoost, Guaranteed Paid Placements (GPP), and Targeted Audience data.
• An MNR tab with Multichannel News Release data.

Use the Export option in the top-right corner to download Excel data. The “This page as Excel” export will include only the tab you are currently viewing.

Copy Report Link allows you to copy and share an individual release report internally.

• The link is valid for 30 days.

• To access the report beyond 30 days, log in to the Amplify platform.
